This is currently configured as a bedroom system,
with some similarities to
BG's system featured earlier. First LP to
spin is LA 4's "Just Friends", and even before burn-in, the sound is already
exhibiting liquidity and richness of tone, musical if you will. Tonality is
well-balanced, and timbre of instruments reproduced well. Revealing, where
it is easy to hear the differences in quality of various recordings.
Vinyl playback is analogous to flowing water running
smoothly through a stream, devoid of mechanical artifacts in sound, and with
timbral quality closer to real. This is of course an inherent character in
good analog systems, and this system is one of them.
