This is a system housed in a dedicated room, used for both audio and home theater. Room size is perfect for these big speakers, very comfortable and tastefully decorated, and lots of room to walk around. No room treatment required for the moment.
So far, this has been the best-sounding system we've come across which had a big Wilson Audio speaker model (i.e. from Wilson Watt Puppy 5 upwards). Most of the big Wilson Audio speakers we've heard are in tiny rooms and either boomed like hell or were with one-note bass - even with mega-buck amplification, and could easily be embarrassed by a cheap small system.
This system was the opposite - musical, well-balanced, almost tube-like. Transparent and dynamic when required.
