"We believe no! If you are looking for an easy to use and reasonable setup
tool for adjusting your tonearm/cartridge-combination you are welcome. This
template was not released to be one of the numerous available in the market
but to significantly excel the others in terms of handling and accuracy.
Even if you never ever set up a cartridges before you will find out how easy
it is using this one. In our opinion most competitors’ products are good but
they all lack either in handling or accuracy. Don’t waste time and don’t
waste money."

This is definitely one outstanding
design of an alignment tool, and will be our reference. Easy
to use, well-made, and with great attention to little details that
can only result in better accuracy.
The
protractor is a precision device that enables one to set up tonearms
with an effective length from 8,6 up to 17,7 inches.
The calculation of parameters were carefully carried out according
to Løfgren’s equations and aimed at reducing the overall RMS
distortion level caused by deviations from the ideal tangential
position of your cartridge while tracking your records.

null point templates. Front for modern records, and back for
late 50s and early 60s records. ( * Older
records dated back in the late 50s and early 60s sometimes have
recorded grooves at down to 56 mm! Taking this into account we
have calculated a second set of parameters and printed another
template on the backside)

A strobe disc is also
included in the back of the template. This currently only
for 50Hz countries, versions for 60Hz soon)

Template is 3mm
thick. This simulate 180g records, and hence may be used
to preadjust VTA if the collection is predominantly 180g, 200g.

also has a flat non-grooved surface suitable for setting up a
basic antiskating force
