The Kondo KSL-Kegon
is a 300B-based stereo power amplifier. All KSL Silver from input to output, it
is in parallel single-ended operation with an output of 20w per channel.
It also comes with 3
line inputs, selector and volume control to work as a full function line
amplifier.

"Many people have challenged and poured much energy into audio
engineering with respect to new technologies and techniques, new systems, and
new materials to improve sound reproduction since Thomas Edison invented the
Phonograph, having achieved great progress.
However, it seems that we had reached a limit, and I wondered
whether all these efforts were worth the success.
Maybe we needed to reflect on the past. Hence a new approach to
"improve sound".
Audio
markets are flooded with "mere 300B amplifiers" with known brand
labels. The KSL-Kegon delivers a completely different
"sound" from them.
The Kondo KSL-Kegon
represents the birth of a 300B power amplifier that reproduces "refined" and
"proper" music in tremendously high resolution." - Hiroyasu Kondo San Kondo himself has stated that this is one of the finest amps
that he has ever created. This is the stereo version, but
all versions represent the finest 300B amps ever created.
They remain the pinnacle of tube design for the audio
perfectionist. |

The Kondo KSL-Kegon can also be ordered as an
integrated amplifier, with input selectors.
The preamp section is passive, the price is the
same.
The KSL-Kegon-L is the same as the KSL-Kegon, but with a built-in
line section. This configuration can also
provide an affordable entry for our new fans but
still get a complete Kondo Audio Note Japan sound,
in 300B.
The legendary Western Electric 300B tubes can also be
ordered together with the Kegon of your choice, if
desired. |
